Terms & Conditions – apkkiss Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

This Terms & Conditions document sets out the rules and guidelines governing the use of the apkkiss platform — including the apkkiss.ws website, mobile application, and all related services provided by apkkiss to players in Malaysia. These Terms are written in Bahasa Malaysia to ensure clarity for our members.

These apkkiss Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user or member) and apkkiss. This document takes effect from the date you first use the apkkiss platform or the date your account is registered, whichever comes first.

Apkkiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in effect. To register and use the apkkiss platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or be physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Apkkiss reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Should you fail to provide satisfactory verification documents, apkkiss reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) apkkiss account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether through different names, phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud against apkkiss. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed and all funds held within them may be forfeited.

3.2 Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apkkiss account password and login credentials. apkkiss recommends using a strong password (a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Apkkiss will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact apkkiss support immediately.

3.3 Updating Account Information

You are required to ensure that all information in your apkkiss account profile — including your full name, phone number, email address, and bank or eWallet details — remains accurate and up to date at all times. Inaccurate information may cause delays in withdrawal processing or identity verification.

All financial transactions on the apkkiss platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. apkkiss does not accept any foreign currency.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction

4.3 Deposit Verification

All deposits are processed within under 3 minutes after payment confirmation. apkkiss is not liable for any delays caused by payment providers or banks. Deposits not processed within 30 minutes must be reported to apkkiss customer support immediately.

Apkkiss is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal terms apply:

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours working
• Gold members enjoy express withdrawals within 2 hours
• Diamond members enjoy instantly no daily limit
• Funds must be credited to the same account used for the deposit (account holder name must match)

5.2 Verification Process

Apkkiss reserves the right to request verification documents (a copy of your ID, transaction screenshots) before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. This is a standard security measure to protect members from fraud.

5.3 Bonus Withdrawal

Winnings derived from bonus funds (including deposit bonuses, cashback, and free spins) are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.

Apkkiss offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective offer, in addition to the following general terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed one time only unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome deposit bonus is available to new members who have not previously made a deposit.
• All bonuses have an expiry date — unused bonuses within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Apkkiss reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
• Withdrawals made before meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• The use of multiple accounts or coordination between players to exploit promotions is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

6.1 VIP Rewards Programme

Programme apkkiss VIP Rewards operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. XP points are calculated based on actual wager amounts (excluding bets placed with bonus funds). VIP status is updated automatically, and apkkiss reserves the right to review any member's VIP status if inconsistent activity is detected.

6.2 Cashback

Daily cashback is calculated based on net loss (net loss) over the past 24 hours. Cashback is credited automatically before 12:00 PM daily. Credited cashback carries no wagering requirements unless specifically stated in the promotion terms.

All casino games on the apkkiss platform — including slots, Live Casino, roulette, poker, blackjack, and baccarat — are subject to the following rules:

7.1 Game Fairness

All games on apkkiss use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that is independently audited every six months by an accredited certification body. 7.2 Final Decisions

The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error. In the event of a confirmed technical error, apkkiss reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wagered amount to the player.

7.3 Live Casino Rules

8.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only valid once confirmed by the system and a ticket number has been generated. Screenshots or external records are not accepted as proof of a bet. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the odds that apply — odds cannot be changed once a bet is confirmed.

8.2 Match Cancellation

If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Matches played on a different date but within 24 hours of the original scheduled time are still considered valid.

8.3 Anti-Manipulation Policy

Any attempt to manipulate the betting system, exploit inside information, or collude with other parties to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. apkkiss reserves the right to withhold payouts and report suspected manipulation to the relevant authorities.

9.1 Self-Control Tools

2. Owning or using more than one account
3. Using automation software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to play or place bets
4. Exploiting technical errors or bugs within the apkkiss system
5. Any form of money laundering through the platform
6. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or odds
7. Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions
8. Launching any cyberattack, DDoS attack, or hacking attempt against the apkkiss platform
9. Spreading false or misleading information about apkkiss on any platform
10. Rude, disruptive, or threatening behaviour towards apkkiss support staff

All content on the apkkiss platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, interface design, graphics, text, software code, icons, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of apkkiss or its licensed suppliers, and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.

You are prohibited from copying, redistributing, republishing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any content from the apkkiss platform without prior written permission from apkkiss. Unauthorised use will be subject to legal action.

The apkkiss platform is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. apkkiss does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. The limitation of apkkiss's liability is as follows:

• Apkkiss is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical issues, or third-party attacks beyond our control.
• Apkkiss is not liable for any betting losses incurred by members — the outcome of any bet is the personal risk of each player.
• Apkkiss is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• In cases where apkkiss's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the maximum compensation claimable against apkkiss shall be equivalent to the total deposits you made in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

Either you or apkkiss may terminate your apkkiss account at any time. Termination is subject to the following conditions:

13.1 Voluntary Account Closure by Member

You may request account closure by contacting apkkiss support. Before the closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) in your account will be returned to your original payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by apkkiss

Apkkiss reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from legal authorities, or at apkkiss's sole discretion.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts for resolution.
